We would like to thank all the staff at the Impressa hotel for the excellent service, cleanliness, and good atmosphere during our stay. The staff at reception were wonderful, and the service at breakfast unbelievable. We would highly recommend the Impressa hotel to anybody visiting Kiev. I also would like to thank the general manager who allowed us to check out at 14.00 in stead of 12.00 at no extra charge! This service one cannot find elsewhere. Chris and Alena (Room 206)

If you want to see Kyiv live this is the location to be. If you want to avoid the sterile world of 5-star hotel chains but do not want to compromise on quality and service, this is the hotel to stay.
